Peter Jarvis

Mr. Jarvis has thirty three years of experience in healthcare finance. Mr. Jarvis joined Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young) in 1972 and held various positions with them through 1981. His area of expertise was primarily governmental reimbursement consulting services. Subsequent to his tenure with Ernst & Ernst, Mr. Jarvis held positions as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of a large hospital and a multi-hospital system. Since 1990, Mr. Jarvis has been the founder and chief executive officer of several healthcare consulting companies in addition to serving on the Board of various healthcare organizations. Mr. Jarvis received his Bachelors Degree from Michigan Technological University in 1972. He has attended numerous healthcare educational programs and taught reimbursement classes at Ernst & Ernst's National Education Center. Mr. Jarvis was registered as a Certified Public Accountant in 1974 and is a member of The Healthcare Financial Management Association. Mr. Jarvis is located in Orange, California.

Salim Nice

Salim Nice, co-founder and Vice President Operations, has spent his entire professional career working in the healthcare finance field. He has held various positions in a number of firms ranging from Project Coordinator to Vice President of Information Technology. He has an extensive background in large database management and reconciliation of patient data. He managed many hundreds of audits in his career ranging from Managed Care Commercial and Medicare to virtually all types of Government Payer Audits. Mr. Nice received his Bachelors Degree from Seattle University in 1996. He has attended numerous educational programs and taught reimbursement audit practices to new employees in private consulting firms and large NASDAQ Corporations. Mr. Nice is a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association. Mr. Nice is located in Fort Worth, Texas.

Jason Johnson

Jason Johnson, VP Sales and Marketing, has eight years experience in managing business development teams for financial services companies. Mr. Johnson received a MBA from University of California, Irvine in 2002 and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sonoma State University in 1996. In addition, Mr. Johnson has taken coursework from the Healthcare MBA curriculum at the University of California, Irvine and has attended several reimbursement seminars and workshops, including the American Health Lawyer’s Association annual seminar in Baltimore. He is a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and earned the HFMA Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) designation. Mr. Johnson is located in Orange, California.

Clarissa Draper

Ms. Draper has more than eleven years of DSH experience having served as Manager/Technical Specialist in Medicare DSH Consulting Services for one of the largest DSH consulting firms in the country. Ms. Draper received an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from American Intercontinental University in 2006 and a Bachelors of Science degree in Physics with minors in Business and Math from University of Texas at Arlington in 1996. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) and has attended the annual seminar in Baltimore. She is also a member of HFMA. Ms. Draper is located in Fort Worth, Texas.

Jill Moss

Jill Moss, Data Acquisition Manager, has more than twelve years of project management experience and an extensive background in client relationship management. Ms. Moss received her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with minors in Economics and Finance from Middle Tennessee State University in 1994. She is a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association and has attended several reimbursement seminars and workshops. Ms. Moss is located in Orlando, Florida.

Laura Kortokrax

Laura Kortokrax has twenty one years experience working directly in healthcare or a healthcare related setting. After receiving her Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Purdue University in 1988, she worked as a Discharge Planner in acute care settings until moving to Texas where she has worked in management for several major healthcare insurance and review companies. She is a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association and has attended several reimbursement workshops. Ms. Kortokrax is located in Fort Worth, TX.

Todd Doze

Todd Doze, Manager Information Systems, has more than twelve years experience in healthcare finance working for various consulting firms and insurance companies. Utilizing HIPAA Electronic Data Interchange standards and technology, Mr. Doze has helped create automated solutions for complex healthcare reimbursement issues helping hundreds of hospitals across the country obtain additional federal and state reimbursement. Mr. Doze has performed large batch electronic eligibility matches with Medicare and over 35 state Medicaid agencies. Mr. Doze received a MBA from Texas Christian University in 1999, and his Bachelors Degree from Southwestern University in 1997. He is a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association and has attended several reimbursement seminars and workshops. Mr. Doze is located in Fort Worth, Texas.

John Garcia

John Garcia has eight years experience in healthcare consulting services. He has worked with numerous providers on various cost reporting issues, with a particular focus on Medicare DSH. Additionally, he has extensive Medicare audit experience and knowledge of the Medicare appeals process. He has worked with many state Medicaid agencies and has considerable experience in handling government program eligibility transactions. Mr. Garcia received a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Texas in 1999 and an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business in 2008. He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Mr. Garcia is located in Fort Worth, TX.
